 How to create a new workspace from within GrooveIT! for Microsoft Office Outlook when publishing an email or another Outlook item? Here is the process to follow up: - Select an Outlook item (email, appointment, task, contact, RSS feed) in Microsoft Office Outlook
- Click on “Send to Groove” button
- Choose your Groove identity
- Click on “New…” button in the “Workspace” screen
- Choose a name for your workspace
- Select contacts you would like to invite to join
- Click on “next” for customize invitations
- A last click on “next” : The workspace is created and invitations are sent. A new tool dedicated to your Outlook items is also added to the new workspace.
