With this unique interface, you can easily manage your documents and fluidly navigate in your files directories:

• Local files directories,
• Groove file tools,
• SharePoint library.

You can search easily into yours workspaces and Groove files with GrooveIT! Advanced Search.


Access GrooveIT! Advanced Search from  GrooveIT! for My Documents main interface or from Word, Excel and PowerPoint ribbon.
You can search for and find your documents in the Groove files tool, and access your Groove Workspaces:

• Selected a Groove Identity,
• Enter the keywords related to the required file.
• Select the timelines if necessary,
• Enter the keywords to access the destination workspaces,
• Click ok to launch the search.

Addins WEP* is a complement for Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2007. To access the WEP button go to “complements” in Word, Excel and PowerPoint main menus, it will then appear in the ribbon. You will be able to save and publish your Word, Excel and PowerPoint files straight to the Groove workspaces you choose. This functionality prevents from creating unnecessary duplicates and local copies.

GrooveIT! search button can also be reached by selecting “complements” in Word, Excel and PowerPoint main menus.
