This IT company builts ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions. Customer requests for support and/or feedback is mainly received per email. 12 developers and project managers work on various solutions at the same time.

Issue
Microsoft Office Groove has been successfully implemented to manage projects dynamically. Support requests are dealt with through Groove dedicated workspaces.
