New functionalities available from Groove source connector

Until now, you were able to manage your files and tools into your Groove workspace from the menu or from the source connector with the “Actions” button, the new built of GrooveIT! proposes the functionalities listed hereafter:

• Create new files
• Rename files and folders
• Delete a file / folder directly in Groove
• Create a new “file tool” in Groove
• Delete a Groove Workspace (according to the security rules defined in Groove)

And:

• Newly published documents will show up in bold
• From the source connector,  Ability to change the “Read / Not read” marks in Groove

WEP (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) « Add-ins » improved

• Ability to rename documents by clicking the “publish” button.
• Automatic selection of the default Groove identity (when you have only one Groove identity)
